Enhanced introductory classes
Most of the people at our school have taken a trial lesson before joining the school. We divide classes according to age from small children to seniors.

Hold your own DANCE LIVE
We hold our own dance live called "GROW UP" once a year. We provide a place where you can perform in a luxurious environment with full-fledged stage lighting and video on a large stage called a large hall.

Improving mental health
Many studies have shown that dance promotes the secretion of dopamine and serotonin and brings about euphoria, and it is expected that dance will have the effect of improving mental health.
Increased sense of self-efficacy
Gaining confidence in yourself by achieving your goals through dance and learning how to express yourself. Also, you can learn how to express yourself, so you can release the emotions that have accumulated in your heart through dance.
Solving loneliness by having friends
Encouraging each other while dancing helps relieve loneliness, and having a dance partner has a positive effect on your mind and body. If you can connect with your friends, dancing will be more fun and the effect will increase.

Before service provision
When I first started attending, I was embarrassed to dance in front of people, so I couldn't participate in the lessons at all, and I watched the lessons from the back.
After providing service
Little by little, my embarrassment disappeared, and now I take lessons in the front row and dance happily and energetically.
