What should I bring to the lesson?
Please prepare clothes that are easy to move in, indoor shoes, a change of clothes, a towel, and a drink.
You can wear indoor shoes such as sneakers at home. For children, shoes used in kindergarten, nursery school, school, etc. can be used.
Is it possible for senior citizens to take lessons?
Seniors are most welcome.
It is possible to attend classes for the general public. In our studio, the senior generation is also enjoying taking classes. Parents and children can also take lessons. Please feel free to contact us first.
